Let us introduce you to Seacoll
It’s official. Seagarden’s Marine Collagen now goes by its very own name. Let’s get acquainted with Seacoll.
When something is dear to you,
you give it a name
Since its very beginning, Seagarden’s Marine Collagen has been a product of responsible thinking, of people showing up to work every day to produce something of extraordinary value.
“This shared feeling of mission arises naturally when you’ve got the sense that
you’re refining precious resources. Over the years, our Marine Collagen has become deeply rooted in our lives – and when something is dear to you,
you give it a name,” Seagarden CEO Rune Paulsen says.
Marine Collagen is extracted from nutrient-rich fish skin, a byproduct of
the Nordic fishing industry – a sector of historical significance and a world leader in terms of quality and fish health.
“Our Marine Collagen is born out there, in the cold and pure Arctic waters,” Paulsen says.
Embodying these values, the new brand will make it easier for those who
truly believe in quality to find what they seek – differentiating Seacoll from
the alternatives and increasing market value through transparency and storytelling.
“We’re ready to keep at it, turning the byproduct of the fishing industry
into a natural supplement for people who wish to lead healthy lives,” he adds.
Born from pure waters, backed by science
With its new name, there’s also a promise. A slogan that ties Seacoll’s identity
neatly together – for distributors looking to take part in the growing collagen
market, and for the increasingly environmentally conscious customer base.
“People want to know what they consume, where it’s from, but also if it meets the
right standards and if the claims about the product can be corroborated.
That’s why we put so much effort into studies,” Paulsen says.
Uncovering the health benefits of Marine Collagen through science also lends a hand to Seagarden’s network of partners worldwide, providing them with tools
to position their products for the right customer segments.
“Seacoll is the embodiment of a sustainable value chain and science-backed health
benefits. It’s an act of transparency that we believe will appeal to a new generation
of people who prioritize products that don’t compromise the environment,” he says.
By launching Seacoll, Seagarden reinforces its commitment to a relentless pursuit
of quality — always backed by science.
