It started with one pallet of Collagen in 2015, but has gradually developed into a close partnership that is best described as unique.

–Working closely with Seagarden, we both bring ideas and creativity to the table. Partnerships like these embody the spirit of Impag: to be together unique, says Julia Przychodzka, leader sales & product management at Impag.

While the partnership’s uniqueness helps Seagarden and Impag deliver collagen to growing markets in Europe, their approach to product development is rooted in a shared set of values.

For more information about the partnership, watch Przychodzka’s account of the years working with Seagarden.

–Targeting excellence, we both aim to raise the level of quality our customers can expect. With Seagarden as our Marine Collagen partner, we’re confident our clients end up with a high-quality product that is easily differentiated in the market, she says.

The partnership has a synergetic vibe: two companies working together to create something greater than the sum of their individual parts. Przychodzka describes it through imagery:

–We like to say our partnership builds a bridge from the Norwegian fjords to the Swiss Alps. That breathtaking scenery captures what our partnership represents, she says.

Przychodzka speaks from experience. She frequently visits Seagarden’s facilities in Norway and has seen the origin of the collagen with her own eyes.

–When I see the effort that goes into supporting healthy salmon development, I’m filled with joy. Visiting the salmon pens is a great experience, although a little cold, she says smilingly.
